Is this Deep tissue?
Yes. Corrective deep tissue is the foundation — but every session is tailored. I draw on years of training across multiple disciplines and adjust technique, pressure, and pacing based on what your body needs.
Will it hurt?
It can be intense, but it should never feel out of control. Pressure is adjusted in real time. The goal is results — not suffering.
What is the Body Reset program?
It's a structured, multi-session approach for long-term change. Clients complete their reset within 8–12 sessions depending on starting body condition, severity, and frequency. Some bodies need more — and that's okay. You'll feel improvement after the first session, and the results compound when you stay consistent.
What are loyalty points?
Every client earns loyalty points with each session — whether you book singles or packages. Points accumulate toward a complimentary massage session. VIP package holders earn at a bonus multiplier, reaching free sessions faster.
Can I book a specific style like Thai or Sports Massage?
I don't offer separate modalities as bookable services. My bodywork naturally incorporates the benefits of deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, stretching, and more — all in one session, based on what your body is telling me.
How long should I book?
1.5 hours is the sweet spot for full-body corrective + mobility. 2 hours is best for chronic patterns or full-body resets. 3 hours is the ultimate session - maximum results in a single visit, and ideal if you want to fast-track your Body Reset.
What's the difference between packages?
The 4-Session Reset Starter is your entry point — enough to experience real corrective progress. The 8–12 Session Body Reset is where clients complete their transformation. The 18–24 VIP Roster is for clients who want long-term roster security, and a personal masseur on retainer.
